Columbia Football Mini Cheer Camp: Preschool - 6th grade
When: October 21, 22, and 23 from 6:00pm – 7:30pm
Where: Columbia High School (Gym & Cafeteria)
Performance will be at the Raider Varsity Football game on October 25th!
Picture Day was October 1! If your student was absent on picture day, they may have their picture taken on Picture Retake Day on Tuesday, November 12.

School Fees: Past year's fees and outstanding CLSD property are past due. Failure to pay fees will exclude students from field trips, extracurricular activities including athletics and extra curricular transportation beginning October 1. Payment options: Pay through the PaySchools system on the school's website, mail payment with check made payable to Copopa Elementary School, or send check or exact cash with your student to pay in the office. If you have any questions, please contact the office at (440) 236-5020.
Chromebooks, Chargers, and Insurance: Students are responsible for keeping chromebooks in good working order. If you have a damaged or chromebook that is not working properly, bring it to the office for repair. If you have lost or damaged your charger, you are responsible for replacing it. Chargers are available on Amazon. Make sure you match the brand name of charger to the brand of your chromebook (Lenovo, Dell, etc.). Chromebook Insurance will be available in fall of each school year. New students to the district will have 2 weeks from their first day of school to purchase insurance. This covers one screen break. Chromebook insurance is no longer available for 2024-2025 year. See chromebook letter HERE
Report Cards: You may access and print a pdf. of your student’s report cards in PowerSchool. Please note, report cards cannot be viewed on the app. You must login to the PowerSchool website to view and print report cards. Access PowerSchool from the toggle on left.
Medications: Medication forms must be filled out each school year by your physician. Contact Nurse Mindi with any questions at [email protected]
PowerSchool Mobile APP:The mobile app district code is ZZGS. Report cards cannot be viewed on the app. You must login to the PowerSchool website to view and print report cards.

Snack Safely: At Copopa and Columbia middle schools we have a growing number of students and families dealing with serious peanut and tree nut allergies - the food allergy that claims more lives each year than any other. Columbia Schools makes every effort to reduce exposure and cross contamination for these children.
