AfterProm Scene 75, Brunswick: May 2-May3:
Tickets on sale March 27-28 and April 3-4 - all lunch periods, and available after school on those days in the main office at CHS.
$5 cash or Venmo @CHSAP25 and completed permission slip signed by a parent, regardless of age of student, due at purchase.

CCP Information 2025-2026:
FAFSA Information.
- Juniors and seniors
- GPA requirement is a minimum of 3.0
- 90% attendance rate verified with the attendance office.
- Turn in completed forms to the attendance office
Current CCP students:
- CCP Acknowledgement Form to leave the high school when they are not scheduled in a class.
- Signed by a parent and returned to the guidance office.
- Permission granted after approval of signed acknowledgment from a parent or guardian.
Community Service -
- All students need to have 20 hours of community service
- Verification forms turned in to the Guidance office.
- Senior forms due by May 1
- Summer community is accepted
Sports News:
Attention spring Athletes:
- All sections due one week prior to first practice.
- Current physical form - uploaded prior to first practice
- Students will be denied participation in any practice or scrimmage if above not completed.
- 2024-25 PPE
- Instructions on completion of the forms

Attention Raider Fans: No amplified noise makers or air horns are permitted in the gym or at the stadium for CLSD events.
Community Service:
Graduation requirement of community service hours.
- Service log form is available - offices at CHS - Mrs. Meadows at LCJVS
- Return to Mrs. Hechko
- Seniors - required hours completed no later than May 1 of their graduation year.
- Graduation requirement - 20 hours.
- Hours completed over the summer are eligible

2024-2025 Fee information:
- Academic Fees
- All prior year fees and CLSD property are overdue. Failure to pay school fees will result in exclusion from
- extracurricular activities: including school sponsored activities, athletics, marching band, field trips, enrichment programs
- any after school activity: dances, clubs, socials, homecoming, prom, banquets, etc.
