- Select the Teacher(s) you'd like to meet with, then press Submit.
- You will then receive an email from PTCFast to view and select available meeting dates and times for the teacher(s) you selected.
- Choose - Confirm Selections and Exit
- To Schedule a VIRTUAL Conference
- Click here to access the PTCFast scheduling platform.
- Select the Teacher(s) you'd like to meet with, then press Submit.
- You will then receive an email from PTCFast to view and select available meeting dates and times for the teacher(s) you selected.
- Choose Edit Name and add "Virtual" after your child's name.
- For example, if your child's last name is Smith, you would enter "Smith-Virtual" in the scheduling form.

Community Service -
- Graduation requirement of community service hours.

- Hours completed over the summer are eligible

- Seniors - required hours complete by May 1 of their graduation year.

Sports News:
Pay to participate fees Athletics - $150 | Fall sports fees were due September 1
- Cash, check, or a credit card in main office or on PaySchools.
- Family cap - $300 per season.
- Failure to pay participation fee by due date will result in athletes being denied in games and matches
- Past due academic fees are due before athletes can participate.

2026-2027 Fee information: Overdue
- Instructional Fees | Fee letters were mailed to home residences September 15, 2026, emailed to parent emails, and viewable on PowerSchool Hub
- All prior year fees and unreturned CLSD property are overdue. Failure to pay school fees will result in exclusion from
- extracurricular activities: including school sponsored activities, field trips, enrichment programs
- any after school activity: homecoming dance, dances, clubs, socials, , prom, banquets, etc.

Attention students requesting non full day attendance:

Early Arrival Acknowledgement Form:
- Students requesting early access must have this form completed and turned into the attendance office.
- Students may access the school building via the front door at 7:00 a.m. Not earlier.
- Upon entering the building, students must remain in the cafeteria until the school day begins.
- Students are not permitted to wander the halls or access other parts of the school before 7:15 a.m. This includes, school lockers, the locker room, restrooms, classrooms, and the vending machines. Go directly to the cafeteria.
- If any student fails to adhere to these guidelines, the privilege of accessing the building before 7:15 a.m. will be revoked, and discipline may be assigned.

Attention JVS students and Parents | JVS start time | 7:30 a.m.- AM Transportation to JVS | Effective immediately
- Students must be on the bus at CHS by 6:35 a.m.
- The bus will depart promptly at 6:40 a.m. for the LCJVS
