Tips and Suggestions for a Successful Year:
- Check your child's folder nightly for their work and any school communication.
- Use your child's work as a guide to practice the skills we are working on in kindergarten.
- If you see any errors on your child's papers, use this opportunity to correct and practice. Remind your child that being "ready to learn" is an important part of kindergarten. - Active Listening includes: ears listening, eyes watching, mouth quiet, body still, thinking brain on.
